What a memory is, as types, before anything can store one. A memory is a claim by a named actor, from a named source, at a known time, inside a scope owned by a rauthy subject, carrying a trust class that decides whether a client may act on it and a status that decides whether it is still true. The type system enforces the parts that matter: there is no way to construct a memory without provenance, and no way to promote one to instruction grade without an authority token that only a human decision produces.
