canonical-keysort-json bootstrap (deterministic JSON key-ordering library)
Bootstrap spec for the canonical-keysort-json repository: a single-crate library that recursively lexicographically sorts object keys at the JSON serialization boundary, so values serialize byte-identically regardless of serde_json's preserve_order feature. Extracted (relicensed Apache-2.0 by the sole copyright holder) from the Open Agentic Platform's crates/canonical-json. It is the leaf dependency of attest-ledger and action-gate. This spec establishes the crate skeleton and seeds this repo's own spec corpus, which is governed by the pinned spec-spine library.
The governed harness (spec-spine self-governance and the session kit)
This repository's own governance surface: the spec-spine gate chain, the committed .derived shard trees it compares against, the merge driver that keeps those shards mergeable, and the Claude Code session kit that constrains what an agent may do here. Spec 000 governs what the crate emits; this spec governs what the repository does to keep 000 honest. It exists because 000 section 4 became a normative cross-language contract while nothing mechanically checked that the corpus stating it stayed coherent with the code implementing it.
