Amend spec 000's unqualified deletion claim. Existing verifiers prove the integrity of the sequence presented to them, not that it is the latest or complete sequence. Add a versioned, domain-neutral head commitment and opt-in record-chain and closed-audit-segment verifiers for callers that obtain the expected head through a separately trusted channel. Preserve all 0.1.0 APIs and release the additive contract as 0.1.1.
